Hey, I’m Bri — founder and lead strategist behind BG Events & Designs. I’ve spent years planning, directing, and executing events where precision, leadership, and calm decision-making matter. Logistics, timelines, workflows, and team flow are my playground — turning complexity into seamless execution is what I do best.

While I oversee every project, BG Events & Designs is supported by a reliable network of experienced event professionals who know how to step in, collaborate, and execute with precision. Each team is curated to fit the scope, scale, and spirit of the event.

I’m a Minnesota woman raising two sassy, spectacular kids with my husband, who keeps me laughing, grounded, and occasionally reminds me to drink water. Ripley the pup still believes she runs the house — though the kids would argue otherwise.

My happy things include tacos, ice cream, tequila, decaf coffee, and color-coded spreadsheets. I decorate for holidays like it’s a competitive sport, dabble in Great British Bake Off–style baking (in my mind, I’m a Star Baker), and maintain an HGTV-level renovation wish list that’s… aspirational at best.

I’m deeply passionate about empowering women and uplifting girls and young women. Purpose fuels my work. Beauty and efficiency shape it. And bringing calm, clarity, and a touch of sparkle to every event? That’s where I thrive.

  • All over! Within our 30-mile radius of Cottage Grove, MN, no additional travel fees are included. If you’re destination is outside the 30-mile radius we are happy to chat about what your travel fee would look like.

  • We manage and oversee most types of events.

  • Yes! We have at $3,000 minimum for our own floral clients. We do florals for all types of events and handle anything from personal florals to large installations.
